Technical Recruiting Specialist at Motion RecruitmentOur client, a leading provider of energy-efficient gas and power in the United States, is hiring a Geographic Information Systems Analyst in Hammond, Indiana!
* This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits offered! *
As a GIS Analyst, you will assist the Quality Assurance team with running GIS reports, resets, and work orders. They are searching for a candidate with GIS AND Acro Pro experience to help the Mapping & Records department.
Responsibilities:
- Post simple GIS sessions, run GIS reports, assist with GIS resets, and complete Quality Assurance work order packet reviews
- Process work order packets: receipt, assign, update logs, organize, and maintain files in the department
- Update Access database with required data and support Quality Assurance with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience working within GIS
- Prior experience with Acro Pro
- Data entry and computer skills
