Plant Manager to lead all aspects of plant operations and performance. Full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people leadership. Hands‑on leader.

• Own overall plant performance, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement
• Lead and develop Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production leadership teams
• Drive execution against KPIs, including throughput, scrap reduction, downtime, labor efficiency, and customer metrics
• Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Own production planning and resource alignment to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Champion structured problem‑solving and corrective actions across all departments
• Partner with corporate leadership and customers to support new product launches and operational initiatives
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and environmental regulations
• Manage plant budgets, capital planning, and cost control initiatives
• Serve as the primary leader for plant‑wide communication, performance reviews, and improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment
• Prior experience as a Plant Manager, or equivalent site leadership role
• Proven success in driving plant‑wide performance improvement and KPI execution
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Experience managing budgets, headcount, and capital expenditures
• Hands‑on leadership style with a strong continuous improvement mindset
