• Responsible for all aspects of the electrical functioning of the operation
• Perform root‑cause failure analysis for equipment failures
• Develop and implement the appropriate corrective actions/solutions
• Oversee, guide, and train the Union workforce
• Oversee the planning of all scheduled repairs
• Supervise and lead Maintenance Supervisors in the Department
• Perform administrative duties such as budgets, cost savings, and more

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar function
• Prior work experience in a steel production environment
• PLC/controls background preferred
• Experience with drives, flow controls, PID loop controls
• Strong leadership background and ability
