Aerotek is seeking a CNC Operator to operate and set up multiple CNC mills and lathes in a contract-to-hire role in Hammond, IN. You will run production, perform frequent setups, and ensure parts meet quality standards through basic inspections and maintenance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HAAS, 3-axis CNC machines, and reading blueprints. You will work in a busy job shop, maintaining a safe, organized workspace while meeting daily production targets.
