Production and Estimating Engineer

Eagle Magnetic | Reports to President

Every drawing is a puzzle. Every detail matters. Find your next challenge here.

You’re the person who wants to know how things work—and how to make them work better. A complicated drawing pulls you in. A production problem gets your wheels turning. You notice the detail someone else missed and understand why it could change everything.

At Eagle Magnetic, that’s exactly how your mind needs to work.

We’re looking for a Production and Estimating Engineer who loves solving problems, thrives on precision, and enjoys having a new challenge to tackle every day. Someone who can study a customer’s requirements, connect the pieces, and help turn an idea into a product we can manufacture successfully.

Your thinking will shape what we quote, how we build, and how well we deliver.

The Opportunity

This role connects customer needs with manufacturing execution. You’ll support customers and sales with technical expertise, develop accurate estimates, and work alongside production to improve processes and solve problems.

One day, you may be interpreting a drawing and determining manufacturing feasibility. The next, you may be troubleshooting a fabrication issue, testing a prototype, or finding a better material or supplier.

You’ll need to move comfortably between focused technical work and conversations with the people who make that work possible. Bring curiosity, organization, and the persistence to see a problem through.
