WhatYou Will Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth within the assigned territory
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with contractors and key accounts
- Prospect daily to identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Present, promote, and sell exterior building products including roofing, siding, windows, and waterproofing materials
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Track sales activity and performance using CRM tools
- Collaborate with branch operations and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Develop strong partnerships with customers and vendors
- Rapidly expand product knowledge with support from Sales and Marketing leadership
- Participate in weekly one‑on‑one meetings with the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Build personal networks and engage in professional associations
- Win business and consistently meet or exceed quota objectives
- Competitive, goal‑driven, and motivated to win
- Proven success in outside B2B sales and territory management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior building materials or construction‑related sales
- Knowledge of roofing industry products and offerings preferred
- Strong negotiation, closing, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Independent self‑starter who thrives in a competitive environment
- Strong relationship builder and “people person”
- B2C sales experience encouraged
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally within a 60 mile radius of branch locations
- Local travel only (no overnight travel required)
- Work location:
In person for the first 30 days; hybrid option available after 30 days
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
