Maintenance Electrician

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Maintenance Electrician to join their team. You will play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical systems across a high-volume production facility. You will work with a team of professionals committed to safety, precision, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, controls, and instrumentation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using computerized systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and control circuits.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards and internal safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance calls with professionalism and urgency.

Must have proficiency in:

• AC/DC theory and electrical maintenance.
• Digital and analog electronics.
• PLC systems and test instruments.
• Power distribution and installation.
• Mechanical systems and hand/power tools.
• Electrical schematics and print reading.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience (4,000+ hours preferred).
• Demonstrated competency in preventative, predictive and computerized electrical maintenance management systems.
• Inspection and identification and knowledge of all electrical distribution systems (12 to 5K volts).

Compensation Range: $35.00/hr-$41.50/hr + Overtime

Work Schedule:

• Overtime Expected: 5-10 hours a week
• Position is primarily on 1st shift, but must be flexible to work on a team that takes turns working an alternate shift as needed to support the business needs
