Quality Compliance Field Coordinator The Quality Compliance Field Coordinator will monitor and audit all United Road Logistics Service Providers for customer and vendor contract compliance during the loading and unloading of trailers at customer and other sites as well as enforce proper protocols to ensure the damage-free handling and securement of our customer’s vehicles. The QCFC requires a self-motivated professional with the ability to monitor many car haulers and many pieces of equipment simultaneously, paying close attention to adherence to proper loading and unloading techniques.

Job Duties Be well-versed and keep up to date with customer and vendor contract terms and guidelines pertaining to the handling and shipping of vehicles

Serve as a point of contact for professional car haulers to help resolve customer issues during loading and unloading

Monitor professional car haulers on the damage-free handling and securement of customer’s vehicles

Monitor, audit and address questions of professional car haulers regarding the proper process of conducting pre-trip inspections

Alert professional car haulers to on-going errors noted in the loading and unloading process before driving

Complete standard audits of the loads built by professional car haulers and report audits as requested by Quality management

Proficient use of Microsoft Products, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Ability to learn company-specific programs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Adept at report writing and presenting findings

Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations

Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure

Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations

Qualifications

College degree or at least one year of related experience preferably in a trucking environment

Strong oral, verbal communication, and typing skills

Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations as relates to customer and vendor contract requirements and guidelinesE-Log experience is a plus

Some travel required to customer and other sites as business needs dictate
