This position involves selecting product from a pick ticket in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse environment, operating equipment as needed, and ensuring accurate and safe handling of orders.

• Accurately, consistently and safely follow directions involving selecting product from a pick ticket in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse environment.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and any additional equipment as needed.
• Accurately identify and select cases of product from inventory locations.
• Accurately pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO (First in, First out).
• Hand stack product in a specific sequence and location on a pallet for shipment.
• Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
• Return undelivered or mis-picked product to their proper inventory locations.
• Transport product from storage area to designated shipping area within expected time.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe working environment; observe safe product handling techniques.
• Cooperate with supervisors and peers; follow Company attendance policy and complete shift as required by business demands.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on MHE; perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed by the warehouse supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Sunday through Thursday, 5 PM to finish; available to work extended hours, extra shifts and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English sufficiently for job tasks (reading labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, instructions, and required records).
• Experience in a warehouse environment as a selector, operating powered equipment including electric pallet jacks and forklifts; familiarity with MHE.
• CK31 & CK71 scanner familiarity is a plus.
• MHE and SQF certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated and frozen environment (0 to 36 degrees).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 pounds; repetitive twisting, bending, pushing and pulling.
