Full-time positions are now available with multiple age groups at our North Oaks center!

• Infants: 8:30-5:30pm
• Twos: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Preschool: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (must meet LA Lead Teacher requirements)
• All Ages Float Part-Time: flexible, closing shift (till 7:30pm)

The starting hourly rate for this position is between $13.70 - $18.45 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

• Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
• Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
• Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
• Lead Teacher positions must meet Louisiana requirements for "Lead Teacher"
• Currently enrolled in an early childhood coursework program, CDA, or degree required
• At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
