Customer Care Specialist

Neill Corporation is seeking a customer-focused, energetic professional to join our Aveda Sales & Education team as a Customer Care Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, supporting business growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will serve as a trusted partner to our salon customers by providing outstanding service, supporting sales initiatives, promoting new product launches and educational opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to help our customers succeed.

Build strong relationships with salon customers through inbound and outbound communication.

Process customer orders while identifying opportunities to increase sales and promote new products, programs, and services.

Proactively contact assigned salon accounts to support monthly sales goals and strengthen customer engagement.

Educate customers on Aveda products, education offerings, promotions, and business solutions.

Resolve customer questions and concerns from initial contact through resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Partner with Sales, Education, Distribution, Marketing, Accounting, and other internal teams to support customer success.

Promote business-building programs, educational events, and strategic initiatives that help salons grow.

Maintain accurate customer information and activity within Salesforce and other company systems.

Assist with customer communications, event preparation, registration, and other Sales & Education initiatives.

Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.

This position is based at our Hammond, Louisiana corporate office.

The role requires regular communication with customers and team members by phone, video conference, and in person. Employees should be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, and use standard office equipment throughout the workday.

Because the office is located on the second floor, employees must be able to regularly use stairs, as elevator access is not available.

Occasional lifting and moving of products, educational materials, or event supplies weighing up to 50 pounds may be required, with assistance or appropriate equipment used when necessary.
