Beauty Manager

Position Overview

The Palm Beach Tan Beauty Manager will lead a team of Beauty Consultants at our salon, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Hire and train a team of Beauty Consultants.
• Conduct ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure compliance with all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing of the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities (average manager earning $50,000–$55,000, top performers earning even more).
