$11.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Hammond, LA – Full-time & Part-time. Work every other Sunday to Saturday (days & nights). Consistent 7 days on / 7 days off (Sunday - Saturday) schedule.

• Provide personalized companion care:
  Assist individuals with daily tasks like meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and transportation.
• Support social engagement:
  Facilitate activities and outings that promote connection, socialization, and community integration.

• Collaborate with the team:
  Work closely with Direct Service Workers, supervisors, and families to ensure the best possible care.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Must have a clear criminal background.
• Must pass a drug screen.
