Occupational Therapy Assistant

PRN/Part Time Occupational Therapy Assistant Description of the role:

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Neulife Rehabilitation, you will work closely with licensed occupational therapists to provide direct patient care. Your main responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, conducting therapeutic activities, and monitoring patient progress.

• Assist in evaluating patient conditions and treatment needs
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills and mobility
• Assist patients with daily activities and exercises
• Document patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising therapist
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Florida
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
