Island Home Care is a family run business that is owned and operated by husband and wife duo Chris and Brandi Rinaudo. Both Chris and Brandi have years of experience with medicine. Chris served in the US Navy where he gained much knowledge and exposure to the field and Brandi has been an RN for over 20 years. Our Caregivers work in the homes of clients who may need help to maintain their independence with:

• Meal preparation and/or eating

• Ability to work independently without the need for constant supervision
• Ability to pass state‑required training requirements
• Ability to climb one flight of stairs and enter various homes that may or may not be handicap accessible

• Ability to follow a plan of care unique to each client

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal know‑how
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making
• Strong ethics

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Mobile cellular device
• Some clients require physical mobility assistance up to 50 lbs.
• Able to lift 10 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
