About the Role

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests, working independently during the overnight shift.

Primary Duties
  • Conduct regular property inspections throughout the night, ensuring safety and security
  • Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after‑hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
  • Complete all laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels, keeping the area clean and organized
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas) and ensure supplies are stocked; perform room preps for any rooms unmet by housekeeping during the day shift
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures, ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proactive in solving problems
Physical Requirements
  • Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs
