Break Pack Sorter

As a Break Pack Sorter
, you’ll be responsible for hand‑sorting reusable cardboard boxes, ensuring a clean and safe working area and maintaining production standards.

• Hourly Pay: $16.00/hr
• Shift: 1st Shift, Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Hand stack cardboard boxes onto designated pallets to appropriate height
• Load/unload materials from trailers by hand
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Check finished pallets are properly secured prior to moving
• Move pallets and materials in crates around the storage facility
• Assist with coordinating trailer moves
• Accurately complete all production paperwork
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On‑Site Manager to provide regular updates
• Maintain Relogistics efficiency and standards of production

• High School Diploma or GED
• High degree of attention required to avoid safety incidents
• Ability to work overtime if/when necessary
• Previous experience with warehouse labor, general labor, construction, material handling, or material moving is preferred
• Ability to work in extreme conditions (heat, cold, air particulate)
• Repetitive body movements (bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, stand) for entire shifts
• Must lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color vision
