Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time at The Carpenter Health Network – Hammond, LA.

• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update plan of care.
• Complete all documentation timely, including OASIS, 485, and order submission.
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation.

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health RN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
