• Participate in planning, coordinating, and documenting total patient care with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Accurately report and record the client’s condition and care, including signs and symptoms indicative of change.
• Accurately monitor skin assessments with proper documentation and reporting of changes.
• Complete, maintain, and document accurate and relevant clinical notes.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation for all nursing clinical services provided.
• Participate in education, in‑services, and other training and meetings as needed.
• Facilitate appropriate nursing actions in response to administrative directives and a changing healthcare environment.
• Ensure all MD orders are followed and documented accordingly during the assigned shift.
• Manage medication administration, monitoring, and proper storage of medication and comply with all medication management policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have an active Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the state of Louisiana.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an LVN or RN; experience in behavioral health care preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support.
• Certification in non‑violent crisis intervention.
