• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
• Managing budgets and maintaining statistics.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
• Maximizing profitability and meeting sales goals.
• Preparing promotional materials and displays.
