Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working scheduled shifts, completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, inventory counts, price changes, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA principles:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Required Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, with knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18 or older and able to read, write, and count.

Preferred Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently.

Working Conditions involve indoor and outdoor environments, moderate noise, and shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, moving merchandise, and standing for long periods.
