Senior Accountant

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team and take ownership of key accounting functions across the month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day operational accounting. This role offers broad exposure, the opportunity to streamline processes, and the ability to partner closely with leadership across the organization.

• Manage components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Assist with GAAP-compliant financial statements and internal management reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Participate in audits and coordinate with external auditors

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public or corporate)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
