My client, a respected NJ-based firm, is seeking a specialist to build and maintain municipal digital tax maps that drive smarter planning and property accuracy across the state.

• Construct and update municipal digital tax maps for NJ clients
• Work in AutoCAD to ensure compliance with NJ Division of Taxation standards
• Interpret and integrate surveys, deeds, and map data
• Collaborate directly with clients during the tax map construction process
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all MOD-IV related mapping systems

• Strong knowledge of NJ tax map regulations and Digital Tax Map Standards
• Skilled in AutoCAD and familiar with NJ MOD-IV system
• Able to interpret complex legal and survey documentation
• Detail-driven professional with a solid understanding of land surveying principles
