• Lead and execute boundary, topographic, and construction surveys (office + field)
• Coordinate closely with engineers; ensure accurate calculations and documentation
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation to deliver high-quality plats
• Manage workflows for effective, efficient, and compliant deliverables
• Translate client needs into precise survey scopes and outputs

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• Confident moving between office design workflows and field operations
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and modern survey instrumentation
• Strong collaborator with engineers; meticulous with calculations and records
