• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and via virtual tools—video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
• Grow your tax expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25–35 hours weekly during tax season, up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Comfort with virtual tools—video, phone, chat—and effective communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay depends on experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
