• Evaluate resident’s conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
• Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands‑on therapy & stretching
• Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
• Maintain resident confidence & protect facility by keeping information confidential
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contribute to team effort

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist (PT) License
