AMI is seeking a full time CT Technologist to join the team in the Brick and Wall offices! This is a great opportunity to join a growing outpatient radiology practice.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all computerized axial tomography examinations per departmental policies, as scheduled and upon demand;
  • Perform additional functions including image reconstruction, archiving, filming and other software functions as directed by the Radiologist or as per standard departmental policy;
  • Any other duties as assigned.

This full time, 40 hour per week position is based in the Egg Harbor Township office location, with coverage scheduled as needed in Galloway, Somers Point, and Hammonton. The work schedule includes shift times of 9am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6pm, and 11:30am-8pm, with one (1) Saturday per month. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must be a graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program with current NJ license; registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and CT ARRT Board Certified. Knowledge of and proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy is required. American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross CPR/BLS certification is required prior to the start of employment. Previous experience or certification in venipuncture preferred for the injection of contrast media via butterfly needle and IV catheter.

If not currently trained/certified must be willing to obtain. In-house training will be provided.
