We are seeking an experienced POS Support Analyst for a long-term contract-to- possible hire opportunity based in Hammonton, NJ. This role supports a growing, fast-paced nationwide retail operation and requires a hands-on professional with strong technical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Occasional national travel included.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for POS systems, pin pads, credit card terminals, and related hardware
• Handle Windows OS support and PC deployments
• Maintain and troubleshoot Ricoh printers and basic networking equipment (routers, switches, wiring)
• Participate in rollout projects and IT initiatives across multiple locations
• Collaborate with remote IT teams across time zones and geographies
• Manage multiple technical issues simultaneously in a high-growth environment

Requirements

• Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience
• Expert-level technical troubleshooting and support skills
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  Windows OS, PC Rollouts, Ricoh Printers, Networking (routers, switches, cabling), POS hardware and software, pin pads, and credit card systems
• Ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Experience supporting a dynamic, distributed workforce
• Must be open to occasional national travel
