Site Manager - Family Medicine - Hammonton

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience required as a supervisor or as an administrative business manager
• Strong Budget Management/Billing experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility as well as acting as the providing facility oversight for the campus for environment of care. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement activities and efforts and by demonstrating courtesy, professionalism and diplomacy with a strong commitment to teamwork.
