Kitchen Technician

Job Type: Full-Time;
Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Hammonton, NJ

• Prep, cook, and package edibles in compliance with strict standards.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean, functional, and ready for use.
• Follow department SOPs, recipes, and regulations like GMP, HACCP, and QA.
• Document every step of production to maintain compliance and consistency.
• Follow PPE requirements and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Adapt to new systems and processes while supporting your team in achieving production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adaptability and a high stress tolerance and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
• A compliance mindset and commitment to adhering to regulations and maintaining safety standards.

• You have food service, food manufacturing, or general manufacturing experience.

• Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day and requires consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
• Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol.
• All jobs require daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary.
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms.
• Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
• High stress tolerance, adaptable, ability to work in an ever-changing environment, flexible
