Office Administrator – About

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a growing business.

You will support key administrative and financial processes, including preparing documentation, raising invoices, monitoring payments, and managing follow-up activities. You’ll also assist with post-transaction administration and provide general office support where required.

Working closely with the wider team, you will play an important role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. There is also an opportunity to contribute to process improvements as the business continues to evolve.

Office Administrator -  Essential skills

Reliable, organised and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills and able to work well as part of a team

IT literate and a willingness and ability to self-teach new software or systems when needed.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Administration or finance experience

Must be able to drive with own transport
