Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Children Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering Service based in Isle of Wight.

About the Job:

An Independent Fostering Agency (IFA) in Hampshire is hiring a Supervising Social Worker (SSW) for their fostering service. • Arranging Support Services: They coordinate additional support for children, such as therapy or learning assistance, whenever necessary.
  • Day-to-Day Assistance: Supporting foster carers with meetings, report writing, and record-keeping. They monitor each child's progress and conduct statutory visits.
  • Facilitating Birth Family Connections: Helping manage and maintain contact between children and their birth families when appropriate, supporting foster carers emotionally.
