Assistant Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity to work for an Award Winning Civil Engineering Contractor on environmental projects.

This role will give you the opportunity to either run your own smaller projects or as a tam on larger environmental civil engineering projects, quick progression to becoming a Quantity Surveyor, whilst being supported towards gaining chartership.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages under NEC.
Undertaking and CE's and EW's
Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
Being trained to monitor, forecast and report on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR's.
Reviewing payment applications
Attending client and project progress meetings.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
3+ years' construction industry experience, with Civil Engineering / infrastructure project experience an advantage.
NEC contract experience.
Happy to be office and/or site based.
