Position: Traffic Marshall / Labourer

Traffic Marshal / General Operative

Location: Farnborough, GU14
Start Date: 06/07/2026
Pay: 17.00 per hour (PAYE) + Holiday Pay

Barker Ross is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable construction company, for a Traffic Marshal / General Operative to work on a project in Farnborough (GU14).

This is a mixed role, combining Traffic Marshal responsibilities with general site labouring duties. Candidates must have experience in both areas and be willing to carry out either role as required by site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Traffic marshalling and managing site access
  • General site clearance and housekeeping
  • Setting up temporary steps and fencing
  • Moving materials and assisting site teams
  • Supporting contractors and residents where required

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Traffic Marshal/Banksman Ticket
  • At least a few years' experience working on construction sites
  • Ability to provide work references
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to assist with general labouring duties

What We Offer

  • 17.00 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday pay
