Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Executive role involves:

Answering incoming calls promptly and in a friendly manner

Responding to customer emails/enquiries within 1 hour

Creating customer cases and following them through

Looking after all customers assigned to the Customer Care Team, including before and after the point of order

Processing customer orders and ensuring customers are kept up to date on order/delivery updates in a timely manner
