Community Learning Employability Tutor. Education & Training

Hampshire Achieves is looking for an enthusiastic and learner-focused Employability Tutor to deliver practical, engaging sessions that help adults develop essential skills for work and life. You will empower learners to build confidence, improve job readiness, and progress towards employment or further learning opportunities.

• Deliver interactive employability sessions covering CV writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and workplace skills
• Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment tailored to diverse needs
• Adapt activities for community / online settings with varied resources
• Promote resilience, confidence, and transferable skills
• Work in partnership with community organisations and employment support services across Hampshire

You'll have strong communication skills and a learner-centred approach. You should enjoy working with adults who may be new to learning or face barriers to employment.
Experience in employability support, adult education, or community work is beneficial,
Level 3 Award in Education & Training or its equivalent; to have, or be working towards, further teaching qualifications /
professional status

Strong understanding of employability skills
; basic IT literacy. Knowledge of local labour market, job search platforms, and career development strategies
