Specialist Inclusion Teacher - Southampton Area
Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher who believes that positive relationships are the foundation of learning?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Inclusion Teacher to join a specialist provision supporting children and young people who face barriers to education, including Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of pupils who require a personalised and flexible approach to learning. You will work closely with children, families, and professionals to help pupils rebuild confidence, develop resilience, and successfully re‑engage with education.
