Electronic Design Engineer - Audio

Great opportunity for a Design Engineer with a keen interest in music and recording. An Electronic Design Engineer with 2+ years’ industrial experience of Audio Systems development, solid electronic design skills and knowledge of design for EMC is sought by a leading name in the design and manufacture of professional audio products.

The successful Electronics Design Engineer will get involved with the full hardware development process from concept through to mass production, including analogue and digital design, schematic capture and PCB layout, design bring-up whilst ensuring products meet design specifications and relevant compliance standards.

Requirements for the Electronics Design Engineer should include:

* A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Audio Engineering or similar.

* 2+ years’ commercial Audio Electronics development experience (Analogue, Digital & Mixed Signal).

* Experience taking products from conception through to mass production.

* Knowledge of Design for EMC.

* Familiarity with multi-layer PCB’s.

* Exposure to embedded electronics and communication protocols.

Hybrid working is available (2 days in office and 3 WFH) with a salary on offer up to £40K + benefits.
