Area Manager Coastal Erosion Solutions

Help Shape the Future of Coastal Erosion Protection

UK-wide | Remote with Travel | Full-Time

Are you a coastal or marine engineer looking for something different, something with real impact?
Join a specialist team bringing a new alternative solution to the UK's coastal erosion challenges. If you want meaningful work, technical problem‑solving, and the chance to shape how the UK protects its coastlines, this is the perfect next step.

A Role with Real Purpose :

Help safeguard communities, infrastructure, and coastlines across the UK.
Strong European‑style working culture, respectful environment, and positive collaboration are core strengths.
An alternative solution to coastal erosion is entering the UK market.
Varied, hands‑on engineering, from site visits to technical input to solution design, every day brings new challenges.
Autonomy & flexibility, enjoy independence, trust, and the space to manage your own schedule. Tasks will include:

Working directly with consultants, contractors, and asset owners to support coastal erosion projects.
Providing technical insight, engineering judgement, and site‑based understanding of coastal environments.
Visiting project locations and offering practical guidance on installation, design, and implementation.
Preparing solution proposals, calculations, and technical support documents.
Attending industry events, CPDs, conferences, and site meetings.
Contributing to a passionate UK team aiming to transform how coastal protection is delivered.

Requirements

Experience in coastal, marine, hydraulic, or water‑sector engineering.

You'll thrive here if you:

Have experience in coastal, marine, water, or civil engineering environments.
Enjoy practical, real‑world engineering as much as technical solutions.
Communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
Are curious, collaborative, and excited by innovation.
Hold a UK driving licence and are happy to travel.
