A local authority in Hampshire is looking for a Credit Control Officer to join their team temporarily. The individual will support the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in ensuring timely collection of income billed to customers, pursuing queries for resolution. Responsibilities include managing personal accounts, liaising with Councils, and maintaining accurate billing records. Applicants should have strong knowledge of credit control, excellent IT and communication skills, and be effective problem solvers.
The position is a temporary contract with competitive pay.
