An established international organisation operating within the pest control and biocides sector is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Officer to support regulatory activities across the EU, UK and Rest of World (ROW) territories.

Working closely with senior regulatory colleagues, the role will focus on the coordination, preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions for pesticide products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early regulatory experience to develop their career within a commercial regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support senior regulatory managers in organising, planning and coordinating regulatory dossiers for submission to regulatory authorities.
Ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of data within regulatory submissions.
Work to agreed registration plans, timelines and budgets.
Liaise with regional business managers and internal technical disciplines to support regulatory projects.
Communicate with regulatory authorities and local regulatory contacts as required.
Assist with negotiations and responses related to regulatory submissions.
Maintain up-to-date information on territory-specific regulatory requirements.
Track the status of product registrations and ensure ongoing compliance.
Provide regulatory advice and support to internal colleagues regarding product registrations in relevant territories.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree educated (First or 2:1) in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year's experience in Regulatory Affairs.

Experience with in the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) is highly desirable.
Understanding of the commercial drivers and pressures within a regulatory affairs function.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
