• Location: Hampshire (Hybrid / Community / Clinic Based)
• Contract Type: Locum / Long-term rolling contract
• Rate: 36 per hour umbrella
• Start Date: ASAP

An experienced Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist is required to support a specialist children's therapy service delivering assessments and interventions to children and young people with a range of developmental and functional needs.

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred therapy programmes to support participation in daily activities across home, school and community environments.

The role involves carrying a clinical caseload, completing assessments, producing reports and contributing to therapy planning in collaboration with families, schools and other professionals.

• Undertake paediatric occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Deliver therapy programmes to children with developmental, sensory and functional difficulties
• Provide detailed written reports and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with families, schools and professionals
• Contribute to EHCP processes where required
• Provide advice on equipment and environmental adaptations
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards
• Support goal-setting and outcome focused intervention planning

• BSc Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
• Member of Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT)
• Minimum 2-4 years paediatric OT experience
• Experience working with children in community, clinic or educational settings
• Strong assessment and report writing skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage caseload

• Sensory integration experience
• EHCP experience
• School based therapy experience
• Access to own vehicle
