Paediatric Speech And Language Therapist Sponsorship

CPL's Health division are recruiting a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5/6) based in a school in Hampshire. Full and part-time positions are considered. Sponsorship is offered if required.

My client is a multi-professional therapy practice that provides specialist therapy services to children 0-18 years. The practice follows a 3‑step approach: IDENTIFY, EDUCATE, ACCELERATE.

Children may present with a variety of diagnoses, including:

• Sensory Processing Difficulties
• Autistic Spectrum Disorder
• Dyspraxia
• Cerebral Palsy
• Dyslexia
• Speech and Language delay/disorders
• Attachment and trauma difficulties
• Global developmental delay
• Neurological disorders

The role involves direct work with children and young people with Autism and other complex needs. The purpose of the role is to support Therapists, including Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists, in the provision and further development of high-quality therapeutic work. The post holder will implement a range of therapy interventions under the guidance of the relevant Therapist and produce therapy resources.

£38,500 - £47,000 pro rata (term‑time only).
