Senior Mental Health Pharmacist East

Are you an experienced pharmacist seeking new challenges?

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, and highly motivated pharmacist to join our friendly medicines management team as the Senior Mental Health Pharmacist for the East Hampshire area team. You will work with the Senior Physical Health Pharmacist and other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who provide clinical pharmacy services to the Mental Health and Physical Health teams in East Hampshire supporting in-patient and community settings.

Ideally you will have experience in mental health pharmacy and working in secondary care services, but you may have transferrable skills from other areas of pharmacy.

• Full funding is available for post-graduate certificates and diplomas in clinical and psychiatric pharmacy, independent prescribing and attendance at conferences and courses such as those provided by the College of Mental Health Pharmacy.

You will join our wider progressive and forward-thinking Medicines Management Team who are developing new ways of delivering high-quality care. As part of a current restructure the team is aiming to support the strategic goals of the 'Left Shift' namely:

• Hospital to community
• Sickness prevention
• Analogue to digital

There is no requirement to work late nights, on-call, Bank Holidays or at weekends
