3rd Line Support Engineer - £40,000-£50,000

We're partnering with a well‑established organisation in Hampshire that is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project work, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud platforms
• Lead small to medium IT projects
• Support Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Improve systems performance and security

• Azure / Office 365
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper‑V)
• Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
• Backup & disaster recovery solutions

• 4+ years’ experience in IT support/infrastructure
• Strong all‑round technical knowledge
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to take ownership of technical issues and projects

• £40,000-£50,000
• Hybrid working (2-3 days from home)
