What you'll be doing

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries
• Designing solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
• Providing technical oversight and assurance on projects (including challenging 3rd parties where needed)
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure designs are implemented properly
• Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary tech team
• Supporting escalations and bringing structure to complex environments

What we're looking for

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
• Previous team management / leadership experience
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder skills
• Solid technical background in:
  • Azure
  • Microsoft 365
  • Infrastructure (e.g. networking, VMware, Citrix)
• Experience as a Solutions / Service / Enterprise Architect or Senior Consultant
• Someone confident enough to challenge and influence
