If you’re looking for a role where your voice is heard and your expertise is trusted, this is it.Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and developing a team of two experienced Credit Controllers
  • Driving the development and implementation of a new credit control platform
  • Handling customer excess disputes and supporting invoice adjustments
  • Overseeing daily BACS postings across multiple remits
  • Reconciling accounts and supporting new account transitions and rate changes
  • Leading projects such as the rollout of Hub Spot and workflow automation
  • Resolving complex account queries, including those up to litigation
  • Building more efficient processes and supporting transformation initiatives
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control Team Leader, Credit Manager, Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager)
  • Strong background in high-volume, low-value credit control environments
  • Proven ability to upskill and motivate teams, ideally with transformation project experience
  • Down-to-earth, approachable style with excellent people management skills
  • QBE or equivalent experience
  • Confident using Sage InTact and intermediate Excel skills
