Lanes Group is recruiting a Field Manager for the Millbrook Depot in Hampshire. You will lead a team of multi-skilled waste network service engineers, delivering reactive and planned 24/7 operations with a proactive safety and performance focus.
The role requires strong leadership, people management and coordination with office planners, with a 40-hour week, on-call rota, and full training and PPE provided. A UK driving licence is essential, and prior utilities sector knowledge is a plus.
