We're recruiting an experienced Boat Yard Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy and established boatyard in Hayling Island. Boat lifting experience essential.
This role is ideally suited to someone with hands-on boatyard or marina experience who understands the practical demands of working around boats, customers, contractors and marine operations. You'll combine your practical boating knowledge with team leadership, customer service and operational management to ensure the boatyard runs safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
About the role
As Boat Yard Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the daily running of the boatyard and become a key member of the marina leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Boat lifting Experience - ESSENTIAL
- Managing and coordinating the team
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the boatyard
