Description

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
Overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Analysing market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
Managing and allocating marketing budgets efficiently.
Leading and mentoring the marketing team.
Ensuring brand positioning across all channels.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with external agencies and partners.
Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.

Profile

The successful candidate should have:

Proven expertise in marketing strategy within the FMCG sector.
Demonstrable experience within strategy development.

Experience with in Own/Private Label & branded environments is preferable.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
The ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer

A salary of up to £75,000 + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate
